Why was my payment not successful?

When we receive the order, we carry out a pre-authorization check. For various reasons the payment may not be accepted in certain cases (incorrect requested data, insufficient available balance to make the payment, etc.). If the problem persists, please, contact us at office@bottegasenatore.com.

Do you accept returns?

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and the conditions provided for any reason, without having to justify your motivations and without incurring in penalties of any kind, within 14 days from the date of the receipt of the order.

Do you accept returns due to processing defects?

Yes, returns are accepted when clear manufacturing defects are found. When one or more defects due to processing are found, the costs of the return will be covered by us and you will receive a full refund. It is not likely to happen, but if it does, then we will take care of it.

All our products are handmade with leather and the highest quality materials. Moreover, before sending the orders, we check every product in a meticulous way, to make sure that only the products that meet our highest quality standards are shipped. Once all the checks have been carried out, the products are packaged with the utmost care to ensure that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.

Is it possible to check the status of the order I made?

As soon as the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email containing the tracking code, which is the shipping number that you can enter online to check the deliver status of your order.

How does the right to return work?

Our main objective is to satisfy our customers, and therefore, if for any reason you should not be completely satisfied with your purchase, then you can exercise your right to return the product(s) by sending us an email to sped@bottegasenatore.com within 14 days from receiving the order.

If it takes place, the shipping costs for the return of the purchased products are charged to the customer, in case the order was made from a non-EU country. On the other hand, if the customer sends the return from Switzerland, then the return expenses are covered by Bottega Senatore, a condition solely available for the first purchase/return.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must return the purchased products in perfect condition, unused, with the labels intact and with the original packaging. How do the refunds take place?

The refund takes place within 5 days of receiving the returned products, as soon as our staff verifies that the product(s) is intact.
